When attempting to play a multiplayer game the screen says connection failure. What can I do? This can happen for one of two reasons:
1. Firewall port restrictions: Your computer can only connect to the multiplayer system if either you have no firewall or if your firewall will allow outbound connections to the ports the chat server uses. The solution is to contact your network administrator to remove this restriction.

2. The multiplayer server is down for maintenece. In this case please forgive us for the interruption in service, but it should be back up shortly.
