help with electroserver!!

hi, i'm currently making a board game similar to monopoly and i want it to have multiplayer features so i tried using electroserver. i got the example tic tac toe in electroserver and i tried to copy its code and place it to my game to test if it is working but unfortunately it doesn't connect to the server. i'm using a peer to peer connection and i don't have a hub or router. i have copied the "as_files" to my game's folder and configured the ip address but still it doesn't work. can somebody pls help me?

hi, i'm not using any webserver, i run it locally using the chatserver. do i need to run the webserver for the pc to connect to another pc? sorry i'm confused at this...
