can not log in to admin electro server

After starting problem electro server we are not able log in to admin electro server. We need to change some plug in. Our old password does not work. We were able to start electro server but still can not log in to electro server admin.

What version of ES5 are you running?

If you kill the ES5 process, you can run DbUtility and find out what the current password is for the ES admin. The default is administrator/password. You can also use DbUtility to remove server level components if you need to, and if you are on ES 5.3.3 you can then just edit the Extension.xml to specify server level components if you don't want to use ES Admin. Let me know if you need more info about one of these tasks.

Hello Teresa, we know what is login and password. But somehow after the problem with starting electro server ( we had the problem with Extention.xml file) we are not able to log in to admin. But, we fixed Extention.xml file and able to start Electro server. Somehow admin still locked.

Have you tried the various tips in "ES Admin won't connect", linked above?

Check your ElectroServer5.log and Console.log files. Do you see any error messages?

I do not see any errors. Electro server srated successfully, was last message. We did not change password.How to run DBUtility?

If you fixed your previous problem by reinstalling ES5, then try administrator/password.
