I download the "Hello World Plugin Tutorial" file on this web in documention , this file contains two files , one is clinet , one is sever . I don't know the clinet file should be put on where , and the sever file be where ?

Have you followed the Game System tutorial trail in order? The server part would be compiled and then deployed as an extension on your ElectroServer. The client part could go on a website that points to your ElectroServer, or just on your hard drive.
