Michael Gold Chief Executive Officer
Michael Gold is responsible for supporting Electrotank's worldwide client base and guiding new development on the award-winning software products that have established Electrotank as the premier provider of multi player, multi platform performance game architecture. Prior to taking the helm at Electrotank, Michael was the COO of Animation Collective where he directed all licensing, business, and production and drove the company's growth from six to eight figure revenues with no outside capital (sold to Handmade, PLC). Michael also Co-Founded the award-winning educational technology start-up Learnimation, LLC. Under his guidance Learnimation was awarded 10 Small Business Innovation Research Awards from the U.S. Department of Education and the National Science Foundation. Michael is the executive producer of over 150 half hours of children's broadcast programming and dozens of online games for Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Scholastic, AOL, BBC Kids and Lionsgate. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
Jobe Makar Founder and Chief Game Architect
Jobe’s contributions to the online game industry have established him as one of the foremost experts in Flash turn based, single player, and multi player game development. He is personally developed over 200 Flash games and 9 virtual worlds over the last ten years and develops on the EUP™ and Electroserver™ platforms. He is a sought-after speaker and has consulted with teams at the major studios around the world. He is the author of some of the leading books on advanced Flash, ActionScript and game development, including ActionScript for Multiplayer Games and Virtual Worlds (2009).

Mike Grundvig Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Mike Grundvig is author of the company’s innovative Electroserver™ technology as well as lead developer and architect of the EUP™ platform. He is also the driving force behind the record-breaking scalability performance for Electrotank’s multi player technology. An authority on most server technology, Mike is a Sun-certified Java Programmer and is a ten-year veteran of the IT industry responsible for several Fortune 500 global enterprise level implementations. Mike has co-authored Flash and server-side development books through PeachPit Press including Macromedia Flash MX: Creating Dynamic Applications (2002) and Macromedia Flash: Super Samurai (2001).
